The Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) on Friday in Zurich, Switzerland has suspended all Mali’s football teams and clubs from international competitions after the interference by Malian government.

FIFA took this action after Housseini Amion, Mali’s sports minister, replaced the executive body of the Malian Football Association (FEMAFOOT) with a new leadership.
“The suspension will be lifted once ministerial decisions are nullified,’’ FIFA said in a statement.
FEMAFOOT has lost its FIFA membership rights, and the national teams and clubs from the West African country are banned from international football event.
